ASV apartments are modern apartments that are located in Pineda de Mar,   5 minutes from the beach and very close to  downtown.  

All apartments with 1 or 2 rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV with international channels.  Apartments in the dining area have a dresser  sofa, kitchen with everything  necessary, as well as hob, fridge,  washer-dryer, capsule coffee maker, kettle and stove.

At guests' disposal free of charge: Wi-Fi, bicycles, bath and beach towels, beach umbrella, iron and ironing board. All apartments have separate bathrooms with shower. Also, some of the apartments are suitable for traveling and working as they have work areas.

And most importantly, our apartments allow pets, so don't be afraid to take them with you.
