ASV apartments are modern apartments that are located in Pineda de Mar,   10  minutes away from the beach and very close to downtown.  

All apartments with 1 or 2 rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV with international channels.  Apartments in the dining area have a dresser sofa, kitchen with everything necessary, as well as hob, fridge,  washer-dryer, capsule coffee maker, kettle and stove.

At guests' disposal free of charge: Wi-Fi, bicycles, bath and beach towels, beach umbrellas, iron and ironing board. All apartments have separate bathrooms with showers. Also, some of the apartments are suitable for travelling and working as they have work areas.

And most importantly, our apartments allow pets, so don't be afraid to take them with you.
